Angie Shy

Talk Title: “By Healing our Minds, We Heal the World”

Angie is a speaker and storyteller whose journey through addiction, recovery, and reinvention fuels her mission to redefine mental health care as civic responsibility. Her TEDx talk explores how minimizing our need for mental health care doesn’t just harm us — it harms the people we love and the strangers we interact with. She shows how hyper‑independence has become the biggest barrier to healing, and why caring for our mental health isn’t self‑indulgence but civic responsibility. When we heal ourselves, we help heal the world.

Dr. Natasha Lukasiewich, DNP, MSN, MBA, LNC, RN, is a healthcare executive, author, educator, and creator of Gritsilience, a framework exploring how we sustain ourselves while navigating high-stakes environments. For more than two decades, Natasha has worked across emergency and critical care, flight nursing, search and rescue, rural healthcare, and healthcare leadership. Her career has placed her alongside people during some of life’s most difficult moments—and led her to question a familiar assumption: Is resilience really about how much we can endure?

Alex Ramon

Talk Title: “What is the Secret of Connection”

Alex Ramon has mesmerized millions around the world with his magic, which has been described as, “Mystifying” by The New York Times and “Mind-Bending” by the Los Angeles Times. In September 2024, Alex won 1st place at the FISM North American Championships and became 1 of only 3 Americans invited to compete at World Championships in Italy representing the USA.

“After more than 25 years of studying magic, it wasn't the tricks I understood, because real magicians understand people. It's not how well I pull the trick off. It's getting them to see what I want them to see and feel what I want them to feel. Ultimately, creating an experience for them that is going to excite them. How do I do that? I must connect with my audience. I am going to do something a magician is never supposed to do... I am going to give away a secret. The Secret of Connection is... SURPRISE!”

Francesca Ciucci

Talk Title: “The Freedom Trap”

Francesca Ciucci is a global speaker, educator, founder, and writer. Her path has never followed a straight line. A degree in Psychology and a Master's in Social Innovation and Policy. Years spent working across markets, cultures, and languages. Now, besides writing, she works as a fractional marketer and business advisor, with a lasting fascination for the brain and society.

Raised in multilingual environments and moving across countries from a young age, she learned early how freedom can shift as a concept. Her talk goes looking for the answer beneath the surface, beyond a version of freedom tangled up with happiness and sold like a one-size-fits-all t-shirt across generations. And part of the answer lies exactly where she began: a city with no straight roads.
